Facebook → Ayarlar ve Gizlilik → Ayarlar → İş Entegrasyonları yolundan “Sosyal CRM” uygulamasını kaldırın. Meta bize Deauthorize Callback gönderir; ilgili hesaba ait tüm veriler otomatik olarak silinir.
Sosyal CRM → Bağlı Hesaplar ekranında hesabın yanındaki Bağlantıyı kaldır düğmesini kullanın. Silinecek kayıt sayısı önce gösterilir, onayınızın ardından silme yapılır ve size bir silme onay kodu verilir.
interpress.com iletişim formundan ya da +90 (212) 325 22 33 numarasından, silinmesini istediğiniz hesabı belirterek başvurun. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve size onay kodu ile birlikte dönüş yapılır.
İşlem kayıtları (kim, ne zaman, hangi işlemi yaptı) kişisel veri içermeyecek şekilde anonimleştirilerek uyum amacıyla saklanabilir.
Her silme işlemi DIS-XXXXXX / DEL-XXXXXX biçiminde bir onay kodu üretir. Bu kod, talebin sonuçlandığının kanıtıdır ve talep üzerine paylaşılır.

Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations and remove the “Social CRM” app. Meta sends us a Deauthorize Callback, and all data belonging to that account is deleted automatically.
In Social CRM → Connected Accounts, use the Disconnect button next to the account. The number of records to be deleted is shown first; after your confirmation the deletion runs and you receive a deletion confirmation code.
Use the interpress.com contact form or call +90 (212) 325 22 33, stating the account you want deleted. Your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and you receive a reply with the confirmation code.
Action logs (who did what and when) may be retained for compliance purposes in an anonymised form that contains no personal data.
Every deletion produces a confirmation code in the form DIS-XXXXXX / DEL-XXXXXX. This code is the evidence that the request was completed and is shared on request.
